We want you to love your GUTS and SOUR gear, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that limited edition merch and music products must be in their original sealed packaging to qualify for a refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the packing slip is included inside.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any old shipping marks.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of arrival at our warehouse.
